All the above meats are fresh, free range and brought locally form Andrew Northrop Butchers, Cambridge butcher for over 30 years all Andrew’s meats are sourced from the Suffolk and Cambridgeshire area and delivered fresh daily to all our school sites.
All Fresh Fruits & Vegetables are supplied by Fisher & Woods a local Suffolk based company, who use their experience with local farmers & suppliers to supply Lunchtime UK with fresh seasonal vegetables from within the Lincolnshire & Cambridgeshire fenland areas.
Served on every daily menu are fresh fruits and salads which would consist of the following:
Mixed Leaf Salad, Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Cucumber, Cherry tomatoes, Carrot, Celery & Pepper sticks, couscous, Pasta salad, 5 Bean salad and many more at least 3 salad items would be served per lunchtime menu.
