Holme Court

In 2003, the Directors of Sancton Wood School opened a specialist independent school for dyslexic children, Holme Court School is based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.

Holme Court School is closely affiliated to Sancton Wood School; a small, family orientated, caring school with a pupil range of pre-school through to GCSE.

The School is co-educational day and boarding preparatory school for the education of dyslexic children. The School aims to develop the pupils' full potential to enable them to go on, or return, to mainstream schools. The teachers, specialists in all aspects of dyslexic education, will work with cutting edge nutritionists, computer programmers and psychological researchers to help dyslexic children overcome their reading problems. Holme Court works in partnership with Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, to determine which of the current range of teaching strategies and interventions work the best.
