With many local schools participating the speed of the games were fast and furious, with 3 minute halves and 1 minute rest at half-time. Within the first hour SW had 4 matches; lost one, drew the next, won the third and lost the fourth. The weather was also starting to take a nasty turn and the organisers made the correct decision to abandon the rest of the tournament as it really was getting very cold, windy and starting to rain. However, the boys and girls mixed team relished competing, and equally relished getting back on the warm mini bus.
