Children in Buttercup are enjoying their journey and transport theme this half term. So far, we have had a week of ‘walking’, a week of ‘wheels’, a week of ‘up in the air’ and now we are ‘in Space’!
We have been very creative, making a representation of each kind of transport. This week we have made number rockets, and children have been practicing counting up to ten, and back again for blast off! We have also been practicing our name writing and mark making to label our astronauts.
Just a week of ‘messing about in boats’ before we take a break for half-term.
