Four of our budding young Chemists, Sanika, Antonio, Danni and Miguel, spent the day at the Salters’ Festival of Chemistry last week where they got to compete in two challenges: ‘Who is the Prime Suspect’ and a Chemistry challenge which involved working out the Iron content in a vitamin tablet.
The festival, held in the University of Cambridge Chemistry teaching labs, has been running since 1991 and provided a fantastic opportunity for our enthusiastic young chemists to spend a day in a University department.
