On Wednesday years seven and eight enjoyed a talk given by the celebrated author Chris Priestley. The prolific writer has written a range of books for children and adults but he is perhaps best known for his children’s books ‘Uncle Montague’s Tales of Terror”.
After listening to the author talking about his life and his inspirations the students also had the chance to take part in his writing workshop. They shared ideas for their own tales of terror and left the workshop primed to write their own short stories. We look forward to reading them.
